The hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to. the hotel room was clean and spacious, and there was a spa that was a great way to relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel staff was not very friendly and the breakfast was disappointing. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were not very supportive.

This place is in a great location, close to the city center and nestled in a lovely residential area. It's also conveniently located near the spa in the park, perfect for relaxation. The service here is excellent, with amenities like dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, and housekeeping available. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I especially enjoyed the garden furniture on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood and close to the park with a spa. It is also not far from the city center, making it an excellent base for exploring. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious while the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, and for lunch, it was possible to order food from the restaurant. the hotel has a cool children's playground and is an excellent choice for families.

The hotel could benefit from having more fans or air conditioning, especially in the reception area during the hot noon hours.

The room was clean and comfortable with great facilities such as air-conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the city center and beautiful gardens.

Not obvious to find and had some trouble locating it at first.

Great location near park, indoor pool, and town. The employees went above and beyond for us. We left our wallet with all our passports and cash in our room, but one of the front desk employees found it, called us immediately, and held it in the safe until we could return to retrieve it. The service was unbelievable!

The kids' room did not have air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during noon hours. The reception area was also hot and humid during this time.
